Wherever people live or work together, points of friction are inevitable. Whether over the garden fence or in an open-plan office: When conflicts escalate, they drain valuable energy and often place a lasting burden on relationships. An unresolved conflict rarely disappears on its own - it continues to smoulder and blocks both quality of life and professional performance.


As a certified mediator, I create a protected space where all sides are heard - without fear of losing face. We do not look for culprits in the past, but work out a viable basis for the cooperation of tomorrow.
